| | | | These islands are a penguin and marine bird sanctuary. For this reason, no boats are permitted within 300m of the islands and no one is allowed on the islands. One needs a permit to dive in this area. They are available from the Cape Nature and Environmental Conservation Department telephone +27 (0)41 3902147. No fishing or spear fishing is allowed. An unspoilt area of coastline with an abundance of fish life as well as soft and hard corals, seaweeds, Gorgonians, sea squirts, hydroids, sponges, anemones, moss and lace animals. A variety of sharks, which include Ragged Tooth, Tiger, and Hammerheads. Interesting caves, drop offs, walls and gullies. | | |
